Refund policy

At Card Karaoke, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your cards arrived damaged, or with unusual markings or defects, we are happy to offer an exchange. In addition, you'll receive 50% off the next edition of Card Karaoke as a thank you for your understanding. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
